Gynecomastia
It is the term used to define the development of large mammary glands in males,which frequently occurres at puberty, because of excess fat or mammary tissue. The surgery removes the excess from the area, in both unilateral or bilateral cases. Local anesthesia with sedation is normally used in this surgery.
